When I finish my race here on earth
And receive the prize prepared for me in my heavenly home,
I will be transformed and fly into the presence
Of the Lord Jesus, my King.
The hosts of angels, dressed in white,
Will stand ready to welcome me.
And I will sing, “Hallelujah!”
Forever before my Beloved.

When I finally see my Beloved,
Whom I have waited so long and longed to see,
I will behold Him in His glory
And draw close to His heart.

3.
When the righteous saints and faithful heroes
Who even gave their lives for their faith
Play their harps and sing their songs,
I will join them and sing along.

4.
Because I served the Father faithfully,
He will honor me.
The rewards He gives me
Will shine like glorious crowns.

5.
In the New Jerusalem,
The city not built by human hands,
I will live forever with my Lord
As His beloved bride.
